The highly affordable TN72 GPS Position Source is the best way for light-sport, experimental, and home-built aircraft to meet the 2020 ADS-B mandate. When used in combination with a TT22 transponder (sold separately), the TN72 meets FAR 91.227 to allow flight in 2020 rule airspace. When flying in busy skies, adding a TN72 will reduce the risk of collision and improve flight safety. Also, it will trigger a full traffic service from ADS-B ground stations when ADS-B In is used.
